Yep, that's right. I will be soon celebrating a landmark birthday and I was thinking it would be fun to a 70's challenge. So... the challenge is to use NEON, yes, neon colors! I was in the need for something bright and fun when I was creating this. So, bring on the bright colors & show me your neon. If you don't have any neon colors get as close as you can. I found this bright pink in my stash. It can be a card, layout, or altered item. Go 70's! Oh, yeah.. and this is not vintage.. I'm not that old! ha ha! I just love how these 2 MS border punches go so well together!
