Challenge #4 Make a Good Impression!

Challenge #4 is all about impressions...embossed impressions! We want to see you use more than one embossing folder or stylus embossing design on your project. Show us at least 2 different patterns of embossing.

You will need to complete and link your project using the Linky Tool at the bottom of this post by February 2nd at 11:59 pm EST in the U.S. CropStop will randomly choose one prize winner and the Creative Team will choose their favorite projects to receive our "Cream of the Crop" blinkie to display in your blog and signature!

Please click on the Linky Tool Tab in the left sidebar for instructions on labeling your project!

The Creative Team reveals show off both embossing folders and stylus embossing.

Veronica used Cuttlebug's Heart Blocks embossing folder for her tag along with Tim Holtz distress inks, Antique Linen and Vintage Photo, which is temporarily out of stock in the CropStop Store. The finishing touch...Cowboy Dew Drops.

Dalis made great use of her Scor Pal for embossing her card background. She used Cuttlebug Swiss Dots and Seeing Spots embossing folders for embellishing the butterflies and sentiment.

Vicki chose Cuttlebug's Fleur de Lis and European Exclusive, Goochie Script embossing folders for her card. The tag displaying the Fleur de Lis embellishment was made with Spellbinder Nestabilities, Small Classic Scalloped Circles and Standard Small Circles (out of stock).

Gloria created her card using Sizzix Diamond, Cuttlebug Swiss Dots, and Tim Holtz Retro Circles Texture Fade embossing folders. Spellbinder's Classic Circle Nestabilities along with October Afternoon's Modern Homemaker Paper Collection and Memento Tuxedo Black Ink were also used.

Remember: Every Thursday at 8:00 AM (EST) we will post a new challenge. You will have one week to link up your project and be counted for the prize draw and Cream of the Crop blinkie! For all the rules, see the link in the sidebar. (If, for some reason, Linky Tools is not working, place your project link in the Comment section.) Please make sure to ENTER YOUR NAME in the linky field labeled CAPTION/TITLE. That makes it easier for the Creative Team. Thanks! For Linky Tool Instructions, click HERE.

Hey, I finally got one done on time, winkwink. Guess it took rolling blackouts to motivate me I'm in Texas and we apparently cannot handle this winter storm without cranking up the heaters to 80, so they are rationing us, ugh! Made me thankful for non-electric tools like the C-Bug and Scor-Pal, for sure. Anyhoo, thanks for the challenge and stay warm, y'all! xoxo, Aimeslee
