I am sure you have seen those amazing rosette projects all around the internet and in magazines. There are even tons of die cuts to make them, including a Tim Holtz one. Below is a tutorial on how to use Tim's Decorative Strip Die - Paper Rosette made by our CropStop videographer, Peggy.
