The ultimate party decoration are banners and pennants, they are all the rave in the scrapbooking and paper crafting world right now.  This week we want you to show us some banners or pennants in your projects.  They can be BIG or small, simple or elaborate, you pick the project and you pick the look of it and as always have fun!
