Would you believe that this amazing layout started with a piece of white cardstock?
Lisa inked the egdes of the 12 x 12 white card stock using Tsukineko Sponge Daubers and Ranger Distress Ink-Mowed Lawn. She inked with Crafters Workship Templates, Chicken Wire Reversed and Love Birds (reversing the images) in opposite corners of the cardstock. Next, Lisa randomly flicked some Ranger Mowed Lawn Distress Paint and Creative Imaginations Radiant Rain Spray-Pink Grapefruit all over the layout.
The flowers were created using the Sizzix Tattered Floral Die-cut, white cardstock, and Creative Imaginations Radiant Spray-Pink Grapefruit. The flower stamen were made with Fimo clay. After drying the clay in the oven, Lisa painted them with Ranger Mowed Lawn Paint to add a distressed appearance. She layered the flowers, painted the centers with Ranger Mowed Lawn Paint and glued the stamen into the middle. The roses were created with the Sizzix Tattered Pinecone Die-cut.
The Blue Fern Studios Chipboard title was painted with Claudine Hellmuth Blank Canvas Paint. While the paint was still wet, Lisa sprayed it with the Creative Imaginations Radiant Spray-Pink Grapefruit. After it dried, she inked the edges with Ranger Distress Ink-Mowed Lawn and applied a thick layer of Ranger Distress Crackle Paint-Clear Rock Candy.
After assembling the layout, she place Craftwork Cards Candi Dots Passionista and Rainforest randomly around the page. The pictures were sewn around the edges, matted and placed on the layout. The mat was sprayed with the Creative Imaginations Radiant Spray-Pink Grapefruit.
